ADULTS PROGRAMME
At Royal Jiu Jitsu we offer classes ranging from complete novice to experienced competitor and everything in between. We have a bespoke curriculum for each programme from our Fundamentals classes to our Advanced and NoGi classes. Check out our timetable for more information on when these classes run.
ROYAL FROGS + CORGIS
Our Junior programme is designed to help your children reach their potential on and off the mats targeting their ability to problem solve and retain techniques. Jiu Jitsu is a Grappling art (no striking involved) therefore it is perfect for a self defence situation as you can negate an attacker rather than to be the aggressor. We offer two age groups- Royal Frogs ages 5-9 and Royal Corgis age 10+.
